• Organizing the Ambaji Dham Bhajan Sandhya 2026 event
• Coordinating travel, meals & accommodation
• Communicating event schedules and updates

All data is securely stored in Firebase (Google Cloud), compliant with industry-standard security practices. Only authorized administrators can access this data.
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. Data is used exclusively for event management.
5. Aadhaar Number Policy
Aadhaar numbers are collected only as a reference for member identification and stored securely. They are not used for any commercial or verification purpose beyond event registration.
6. Data Retention
Registration data will be retained for the duration of the event and related administrative activities, and may be deleted after the event concludes.

Ambaji Dham Bhajan Sandhya 2026 — Terms & Conditions
By registering your Bhajan Mandal, you agree to the following terms set by Shri 72 Chunval Kadva Patidar Pragati Mandal, Ahmedabad.
1. Eligibility
Participation is exclusively open to members of the Shri 72 Chunval Kadva Patidar Samaj. Both Bhai (brothers) and Ben (sisters) Bhajan Mandals are welcome.
2. Registration
• All Bhajan Mandals must complete the registration form accurately.
• Incomplete or incorrect registrations may be cancelled without notice.
• Each Bhajan Mandal can register 15 or more members.
• Only 72 Samaj members should be listed.
3. Travel & Accommodation
• Travel (to/from Ambaji), meals, and accommodation are provided completely FREE OF CHARGE by the generous Dataashri.
• Participants must follow the organizer's schedule.
• The organizer may modify travel/accommodation arrangements as needed.
4. Schedule
Depart 5:00 AM → Arrive Ambaji 9:00 AM → Breakfast 10:00 AM → Gabbar & Mandir Darshan → Dinner 5:30 PM → Aarti → Bhajan Sandhya → Return 11:00 PM
5. Conduct
Participants must maintain religious decorum and discipline. Disruptive behavior may result in disqualification from the event.
6. Event Date
The exact date will be announced after registration closes. Estimated: June 2026. The organizer reserves the right to change the date if necessary.
7. Liability
The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during travel or the event. Participants attend at their own risk.
